What services do you offer?
We do property reports, flood determinations (life-of-loan
can also be provided), appraisals (drive-by, walk-through,
FNMA, and AVM), mortgage preparation, recording of mortgages,
extension letter, and title insurance.
What is a property report?
A property report involves a search of the official
records of the county your property is located in. The report
is then generated from the results of this search and includes
owner information, legal description, property valuations,
tax amounts and mortgage information. The search also shows
any liens which adversely affect the property. Click here

Michigan - Monroe and Lenawee Counties
Ohio - Lucas, Fulton, Williams, Ottawa, Defiance,
Henry, Wood, Sandusky, Erie, Paulding, Putnam, Hancock, Seneca,
Huron, Allen, Hardin, and Wyandot Counties
What are your prices?
Prices vary by county and type of service ordered. Please

What is your turnaround time
for property reports?
Since each property report is unique, we cannot guarantee
a turnaround time however, our reputation for fast accurate
service precedes us.
